Suzuki SV1000 Fuel Pump Fault

Here's what will happen if the fuel pump loses pressure and can't deliver enough fuel. It will normally feel like fuel starvation, and look how white the end of exhaust is getting. On unleaded fuel it should be black. Once the fuel pump was replaced, for the most part the problem was solved. As is usual with a slipon muffler it was still running lean so we also fitted a PCV and custom mapped it.

Suzuki GSXR1000 K4 Warmed Up

Who needs more power? Everyone!! Not just that, but by fitting a pipe you change the way the bike behaves, why not fix that and make it better than before, is that not why you bought the pipe in the first place?

Suzuki C50 Boulevard

Suzuki C50 Boulevard with 2-1 exhaust pipe and Hyper charger filter kit. After a custom map was made with PCV it picked up 10hp - that's an increase of over 20%

Suzuki Hyabusa K9 Warmed and Remapped

Fit a full exhaust system and air filter kit, then add a power commander and make a custom map. Thats almost 12 more horsepower!!  Not to mention the weight saving. I love this job.

Well what can I say.... not all Busa's are made equal. However we did manage to improve it with a Power commander and custom remap.

Suzuki GSXR750 2009 Remap

This is what happens when you download maps off the internet and try to improve them by the seat of pants. You end up with less power than a 10 year old 600. We made two maps for this bike,  one with the baffle in and one with it out. What a difference - 98 horse power to 127 plus!

Suzuki Hayabusa Ignition Map

Want more low down grunt? If you already have a Power Commander, fit the ignition module and make an ignition map to suit your modification. 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear will be much more responsive. Then all you need is a quick shifter to make your shifts super quick and smooth, no clutch required.

GSXR1000 Injector Fault

Here's what can happen when the secondary injectors aren't working. This GSXR1000 lost 60hp.
At first I thought the exhaust valve wasn't opening, it turned out to be a bad connection to the injectors.

GSXR1000 K8 Remapped

Not bad for a production motorcycle. This GSXR1000 has a slip on muffler and K&N air filter.

One Power Commander and Tuning Link remap and it's not far off 170hp

Now all it needs is an Ignition Module and Quick Shifter....... Sweeeeet!

Suzuki TLR Remapped

This very nice looking TLR1000 had a modified air box without any remapping work. As you can see from the dyno chart it wasn't working very well. One Power Commander and a remap using Tuning Link and it didn't just look good, it ran good too! No more flat spot and another 6hp

Suzuki SV650 Tweak

The Suzuki SV650 is a very popular bike, great for the city commute. If you want to make that daily trip to work a whole lot more fun then fit a slipon muffler or full exhaust system, a K&N air filter and then finish it off with a Dynojet carb kit to sweeten the whole thing up.

GSXR750 Remap

Heres a GSXR750 that had been remapped without Tuning Link, and I must say it was looking quite good. However we plugged in tuning link and remapped it again and there you have - it another 5 horse power.

Flat Tyre

Here's what happens when your tyres are flat. They don't just wear unevenly, your bike loses power and uses more fuel. Easy to fix, just maintain the correct pressure, check it every couple of weeks, as some tyres lose air quicker than others. This one had just 10 psi in the rear.

Hyabusa 2008

Full exhaust system verses slip on mufflers.
Both set-ups were dyno tuned and remapped so the difference is genuine. If you're looking for 190 horsepower or more you have to go for a complete exhaust system. Not bad for a road bike.

GSXR750 Remap (II)

A 10% improvement right across the rev range - thats the best bang for buck this guys ever spent!!
The bike one was not running very well, had a poor idle and sounded like the choke was on.
Very common if you down load a map from the internet, however after we had remapped it to suit his slipon and K&N filter it didn't just fix the poor running - it had another 10 horse power!

GSX650 Service & Tune

It can be as simple as a service and tune. Don't worry about all those expensive performance parts, first pay someone to service and tune it properly, you'll be amazed at the difference it makes
