Z900 Restoration
Heres a Kawasaki Z900 thats been in storage for
7-8 years. The client assured me it hadn't done a lot of work so we pulled
off the head and barrell and replaced the pistons with a big bore Wiseco
kit, cleaned up the cylinder head and ports, and welded up the broken fins.

As you can see there was a lot of prep work welding and shaping new
fins - you wouldn't know it was ever damaged, now.
To finish it off we painted all the bodywork and he supplied a Deep
Purple album cover thats been air brushed onto the tank - how retro is
that!

Lots of polishing and new dash and this gorgeous old Z's looking like
new again.
"Feel the Difference"
Z1000 Restoration
Most would have said it's beyond redemption, but we'll let you decide that.
No part was left to chance on this bike, you could say it's a new bike
again with some modifications. 1045cc piston kit, ported head, 29mm smooth
bore carbies, 4-1 exhaust. The chassis as been braced, and gold valve emulators
and springs enhance the forks, YSS shocks to match on the rear.
Have a look at the cylinder head repair and see if you can spot it.
Kawasaki GT750 Restoration
The Kawasaki GT750 was a great touring bike in its day - nothing
special, just good old common sense and super reliable. With some modifications to the engine,
flat slide carbies and a really good clean-up this bike now puts out 75hp at
the rear wheel with loads of torque. You can do anything if you really
want to!
Ducati Imola 900
This bike started out as an S2 imported from Japan looking a little worse
for wear and running on 1 cylinder. We transformed it into a replica of
the classic Ducati 900ss Imola of the 1970's.
