Heres a Kawasaki Z900 thats been in storage
for 7-8 years. The client assured me it hadn't done a lot of work so we
pulled off the head and barrell and replaced the pistons with a big bore
Wiseco kit, cleaned up the cylinder head and ports, and welded up the broken
fins.

As you can see there was a lot of prep work welding and shaping new
fins - you wouldn't know it was ever damaged, now.
To finish it off we painted all the bodywork and he supplied a Deep
Purple album cover thats been air brushed onto the tank - how retro is
that!

Lots of polishing and new dash and this gorgeous old Z's looking like
new again.
